Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or enrolling in any programme. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
1. About Aevumly and Our Services
Aevumly provides general educational and informational services relating to retirement literacy and later-life planning in Thailand. Our programmes are designed to improve participants' understanding of retirement-related topics and to support personal organisation. All content is educational in nature.
Important notice: Aevumly does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated professional advice. Nothing on our website, in our materials, or communicated during our programmes constitutes a recommendation to take any particular financial or legal action. Participants are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals for personal guidance.
2. Eligibility and Enrolment
- Our services are open to adults aged 18 and older residing in or visiting Thailand.
- By enquiring or enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Aevumly reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if we reasonably believe these terms are not being met, subject to a fair refund where applicable.
- Programme places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until payment has been received and an acknowledgement issued by Aevumly.
3. Programme Descriptions and Pricing
Current programmes and their fees are listed on our website. Prices are inclusive of all described materials unless otherwise stated at time of booking.
3.1 Retirement Readiness Workshop Series
A set of small-group educational sessions covering later-life planning concepts. Fee: ฿3,700 per participant. Includes printed workbooks, session recording access, and a shared resource list.
3.2 Personal Records Organisation Toolkit
A guided service supporting participants in gathering and organising their own retirement-related paperwork. Fee: ฿14,500 per participant. Includes digital templates, one walkthrough session, and a folder structure guide. This service supports organisation only; it does not interpret documents on your behalf.
3.3 Comprehensive Retirement Literacy Program
An extended educational programme combining structured modules, group discussion, and planning frameworks. Fee: ฿32,800 per participant. Includes a full workbook set, ongoing group access, and quarterly information updates. Content is educational in nature.
Aevumly reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. The price applicable to your booking is that confirmed in your written enrolment acknowledgement.
4. Payment
- Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any programme, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing with Aevumly.
- All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Receipts will be issued upon receipt of cleared payment.
- Aevumly does not store payment card details. All card transactions are processed by secure, reputable third-party payment processors.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 14 days before the programme start date: A full refund will be issued, less any reasonable administrative processing fee.
- 7–14 days before the programme start date: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund will be issued; however, at Aevumly's discretion, a credit toward a future programme may be offered.
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the email address provided at enrolment.
- If Aevumly cancels a programme, participants will receive a full refund or, at their election, a credit toward a future programme.
If you are unable to attend a specific session within a multi-session programme, please notify us in advance. We will endeavour to provide equivalent materials where practically possible, subject to the nature of the programme.
6. Educational Nature of Content
All information provided by Aevumly — whether on our website, in printed materials, or during sessions — is for general educational purposes only. It does not take into account your individual financial situation, personal circumstances, tax position, or any other personal factors.
Aevumly expressly disclaims any responsibility for decisions made by participants based on educational content provided in our programmes. We strongly encourage participants to seek the guidance of a licensed financial adviser, legal practitioner, or other relevant professional before making any significant personal or financial decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content produced by Aevumly — including workbooks, templates, session materials, and website content — remains the intellectual property of Aevumly unless otherwise stated.
- Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use provided materials for their own retirement planning education.
- Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Aevumly.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with Aevumly staff and with fellow participants in group sessions. Aevumly reserves the right to remove a participant from a session, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Aevumly's liability to any participant arising from or in connection with our programmes shall be limited to the fee paid by that participant for the relevant programme. Aevumly shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including any financial decisions made in reliance on educational content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from Aevumly's negligence.
10. Privacy and Data
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562.
11. Website Use
- Our website is provided for general information purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate, we make no warranties regarding its completeness or currency at any given time.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Aevumly is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
- You may not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage Aevumly's reputation.
12. Changes to These Terms
Aevumly may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify enrolled participants by email.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
